Journal does not charge submission fees. Publication fees are charged only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.
After receiving the article, the editorial board conducts its internal anonymous peer review and check for plagiarism. Therefore, the responsible secretary will send the answer about the decision on publication with the requisites for payment of the publication fee to the author within 14-20 days.
If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.
After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.
The publication fee is UAH 1,600 (up to 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and/or publication of the article.
The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.
Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.
Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1,000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website after October 25, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it after November 25, 2026.
